By using the services of Wilfredo Barreto Events & Design, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any amendments or updates made to them. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Wilfredo Barreto Events & Design provides event design, decoration, and coordination services. These services include, but are not limited to, event design and decoration, strategic lighting, stage backdrops, and space layout coordination.

The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including but not limited to, the type of event, date, and location. Clients must also ensure that they meet deadlines for payments and other requests.

Payments are due as per the agreement between the client and Wilfredo Barreto Events & Design. A deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance due before the event date unless otherwise agreed.

If the client cancels the event, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation.

Wilfredo Barreto Events & Design is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services. We strive to provide the highest quality services but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the service is provided. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled under the jurisdiction of that state.
